Miss Madelyn is one!

Happy champagne birthday this girl. Definitely one of the few people who can get away with putting her feet in cake and it still being edible (at least for Mom & Dad).

2019 Christmas minis

UPDATE – Christmas minis are now sold out for 2019. Thank you!

Hey folks! I know, I know, it’s only October, but I have Christmas on my mind! I have been getting a few requests for Christmas minis this year, and I am pleased to tell you that they are back and I have added a second, on-location option.

All the details are below, but in a nutshell, you have the option of booking a 15-minute session on November 16 at a Waterloo tree farm OR a 20-minute Sunday-morning session where I come to you.

As always, please let me know if you have any questions at all!

November 9 @ JCA Trees
15 minutes | 25 images (min) | $150

I’m thrilled that the folks at JCA Trees are once again welcoming us to do some Christmas minis in their Spruce field. These 15-minute sessions are quick, fun and provide you with great options for Christmas cards, decorations and/or gifts.

November Sundays | 9am or 10am
20 minutes | 25 images (min) | $200

Last year, I had a few requests for on-location minis, so this year I have formalized it and am offering a couple spots each Sunday morning in November.

For a slightly higher price point, I will come to you for a personalized holiday session. Whether you’re hanging out in reindeer headbands or decorating the tree, I am in!

Sessions must be holiday themed and within Waterloo Region, please 🙂

Rachel & Dylan | August 1, 2019

Although it is never, ever an expectation to be asked to photograph a friends’ wedding (I enjoy guesting as much as the next gal!), when it happens, I am beyond honoured.

I met Dylan when we worked together on what will forever be known as the dream team, and was introduced to Rachel shortly thereafter. Anyone who has spent more than 30 seconds with these two can attest to the fact that these two are in looooooveee. Like, really, really in love.

As for their wedding day, well, it was an easy assignment. The day was hot (but not humid), the Elora Mill was as beautiful (and meticulously-run) as ever. And the couple, oh the couple. Their love, their chemistry—they were beaming.

Congrats, once again, you two. And thank you for letting me to capture your love. xo

Nicole & Michael | July 13, 2019

A gorgeous July day with dark clouds keeping the rain to themselves … a couple of lovebirds ready to say I do … a room full of people ready to celebrate … I’m not sure Nicole & Michael could have asked for more on their big day. Many, many more photos to see, but here are a few to take you through their magical day. xo

Taylor & Tyler | July 6, 2019

Venue: Forest City National | Flowers: Lovebird Flowers | Fritters: The Dutch Bakery

I’m convinced Taylor and Tyler called in a favour from Mother Nature for the first Saturday in July. The forecasts for London, Ontario were all calling for a full day of severe thunderstorms. But, on the grounds of Forest City National Golf Club, the rain stopped for their first look, and didn’t return until just after sunset.

It was a day full of love and a lot of laughter (and a few refreshments along the way) … what an honour it was to capture it all. Wishing these two a lifetime as beautiful as their big day! xoxo

Sweet Madelyn Claire

Born in the midst of some pretty extreme Canadian weather, this little lady has been soaking up loads of family cuddles in her first weeks. I got to hang out with the new trio (plus sweet big-pup sister Callie) when Madelyn was just seven days old; I think it’s safe to say these four make a pretty sweet family. xo

Nora Mina

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon—baby cuddles and time with some of my favourites. This sweet, sleepy little squish has won the hearts of so many already, including mine; I am so excited to watch her grow. Just not too fast please, Nora.

Welcome to the world, sweet girl.
